  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Clean your hands with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol if soap and water are not available.
  • Clean all “high touch surfaces” daily (counters, tabletops, doorknobs, bathroom fixtures, toilets, phone, keyboards, tablets, light switches, and bedside tables).
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Avoid contact with people who are sick
  • Cover your coughs and sneezes; and wear a facemask if you are sick
  • MOST IMPORTANTLY avoid social gatherings of any size and please do not have people over to your household other than individuals who live with you. This means you should avoid visiting others during this time as well.
