Mission

Our healthcare professionals and staff are committed to the physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing of the Tribal Community. We offer a wide range of quality health services and access to healthcare in an atmosphere of respect, dignity and cultural sensitivity. Our healthcare team is devoted to promoting wellness, improving the quality of life and the overall wellbeing of the Tigua Community.

Our efforts include prevention and intervention services, working closely with Tribal Council, other YDSP Departments and external health partners. The Department of Health Services provides healthcare services to address Native American health priorities through wrap around and comprehensive services through our 3 divisions:
