Cyclosporiasis cases are on the rise
Ysleta del Sur Pueblo Public Health Nursing is encouraging all Tribal employees and community members to stay informed about the recent increase in Cyclosporiasis cases.
Cyclosporiasis is a foodborne illness caused by a microscopic parasite that can lead to prolonged diarrhea and other gastrointestinal symptoms. Practicing safe food handling and thoroughly washing fresh fruits and vegetables are simple steps that can help reduce your risk.
